My download did not complete and Secure Delivery will not allow me to download the product again, what do I do?
Vendors who distribute their products through Secure Delivery have the option to limit the number of download attempts made for each purchase. This is to prevent download link sharing and is an anti-piracy measure.
Occasionally computer problems, loss of internet connectivity, etc. may prevent you from downloading a product completely. Because of the download limit imposed by the product's vendor you may not be able to restart your download.
You must contact the product's vendor to have your download link reactivated.
Secure Delivery can not verify your payment in the vendor's payment processor account and as a result will not reactivate any download for a buyer. You will need to contact the vendor so that they can verify and reactivate your download.
Vendor support contact information is included in the Secure Delivery Download email you received after your purchase and on the actual product download page. Additionally, vendor contact information may be found on the sales site where you initiated the purchase of the product.
