How do I get product support?
Secure Delivery does not provide support for products delivered through our system.
Secure Delivery is a order fulfillment and tracking system and not a technical support provider. Secure Delivery does not create, maintain, or warrant any purchase delivered by our system. Secure Delivery does not forward product support requests to vendors received through our support system.
It is the responsibility of the product vendor to provide support for their products.
The product vendor's name and support email are included on all transaction emails from our system. You can find the vendor's support contact in the Secure Delivery download email you received after purchasing your product, on the Secure Delivery download page for your purchase, and on the vendor's support site.
